JOB DESCRIPTION

OFFER THE JOB
This stage is deivided in two ones, internal and external convenings, internal is for our actual employes so that in our company there is the possibility of rising, and external when anyone into the companie meet with the job description.
RECEIVE AND SORT RESUMES
The resumes are classified in three ítems,the first one is accepted resumes which pass to next part of the process, the second one is no accepted resume which are descarded, and the las tones are saved for the other future needs.
CALL CANDIDATES AND TO DO INTERVIEWS
The accepted resumes are called and mentioned to an interview, the interviews is made by owners and general manager.
EMPLOY ENGAGEMENT
In this step is chosen the kind of contract and there is done the formal and legal contracting of the individual, also including the affiliation to social security.
INDUCCTION
The selected candidate in the previous ítem should to assist one day to a induction about the job and companie culture and weather, this in order to solve doubts about the job and the companie culture.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION
In this last step the employ is monitored and evaluated in according to him/her performance.
