IFE Matrix Analysis 

Our IFE Matrix demonstrates that as a small, online company we have some unique strengths that allow us to reach customers, develop and sell products at a low cost compared to other producers who own store locations and production facilities. However, in the future we would benefit from expanding on our structure, and switching from our current goals of online sales only, to becoming a larger beans that does have sales points in Bogota and throughout Colombia. At this point, it would make sense to as invest in our own production and distribution channels.
