The CPM matrix shows us that we have different strengths compared to our competitors in areas such as the dedication of our employees, the price of our products, customer service and competitiveness, which gives us a total score of 2.67 compared to with other companies in the same industry and considering that we are launching on the market, it is a great score for a company that until now begin to compete. However, it is important to note that we have to work constantly and strongly about certain weaknesses such as financial position, management experience, customer loyalty, market share and sales distribution, which for a future in which the company scale in the growth itself can determine the improvement and we have excellent competitiveness against other brands in the textile industry focused on sportswear.
The EFE Matrix shows what the key opportunities and threats are for the company. Some key opportunities that we should seek to take advantage of are Colombian consumer preferences towards puchasing clothing over other types of products, new fitness trends catching on in society, the rise in credit availability for consumption, and accessibility to consumers through online marketing and banking tools. Key threats that our company should prepare for are consumer preferences towards foreign brands, that a high number of Colombian consumers still prefer to purchase clothing in stores, and that recent inflation in the Colombian peso has reduced consumer buying power. Overall, our external analysis shows that because our industry is fairly undeveloped in Colombian and has few competitors, it is a good industry to enter at this time, where the opportunities outweigh the threats.
