Job Title: Logistics Coordinator 

Reports To: General Manager

 

Job Purpose

 

Oversee the general shiping operations at the Ancora online store. Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for the shipping of the sold products. He/she is responsible for the quality of the arriving product after the possible damage while shipping, and to be effective in the time of delivery. Also Logistics Coordinator has to handle customer's needs in terms of the final product and delivery, and to deal with complains.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

The following tasks are the main responsibilities and duties of the store manager.

  • Open and close the office on a daily basis

  • Responsible for receiving online orders and shipping the orders at the end of the day

  • Communicate constantly with the other aministrators in order to be effective

  • Deal with complains

  • Work with the shipping company hired

  • Register the dialy distribution 

 

Qualifications include:

  • Degree from University 

  •  3 – 5 years of experience on shipping logistics

  •  Communication skills, professional presentation, positive attitude

  •  Basic knowledge on Excel

  •  Capaple to work under preassure

 

Working conditions

The store administrator works primarily in the Ancora's office and is required to communicate frequently with customers and employees. Also, the store administrator is required to do some tasks outside of the store, which include meeting with the shipping hired company, and transferring products purchased online to the location of the logistics provider.

 

Physical requirements

The store administrator must be prepared to be active and energetic throughout the day. The job position is not  physically demanding. Must stay healthy.

 

Direct reports

The store administrator reports directly to the General Manager, and is in charge of supervising the shipping hired company. This position may also require direct contact with the Sales/inventory Administrator.

2. Job Description

Job Title: Web/Social Media Coordinator

Reports To: General Manager

 

Job purpose 

 

Oversee the general operations of the Ancora online store, and make decisions internally that will affect the online store`s appearance and functionality to customers. The Web/Social Media Administrator is also in charge of all online content distribution and virtual marketing through social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. This individual will seek to grow and develop Ancora’s relationship and reach with consumers online, aiming to build a virtual community where consumers and Ancora can connect in a two-way relationship. He/she is also responsible for developing marketing strtegies. Will constantly be in touch with costumers trough the web page and will be able to answer questions about the brand and its products, how to find apparel which fits their needs and decide which products to purchase. This individual is friendly and acts as the face of the store, positively connecting consumers with the brand. 

 

Duties and responsibilities 

 

The following tasks are the main responsibilities and duties of the Web/Marketing Administrator. 

  • Update the Ancora website with new products, promotions, events, etc. on a daily basis 

  • Respond to consumer requests, inquiries, etc. in a timely and professional manner 

  • Create a constant flow of content on Ancora’s social media sites, and think of creative ways to reach and retain online consumers 

  • Track online sales, and work closely with the Inventory/Accounting to update information about inventory and availability of products in the online store 

  • Create conversation with consumers online 

  • Build a viral and mouth-to-mouth marketing campaigns via the internet

  • Develop marketing strategies

 

Qualifications include: 

  • Degree from University 

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in web marketing and sales 

  • Knowledge and fluency in various types of web coding 

  • Creative and able to employ viable and affective web marketing campaigns 

  • Basic knowledge of EXCEL and handling inventory platforms 

  • Self-motivated and capable of making decisions 

 

 

Working conditions 

 

The Web/Marketing Administrator will work from the office with flexible time. Is required to be in permanent touch. This individual will be expected to attend weekly or monthly meetings with the General Manager, Sales/inventory Administrator, the Logistics Administrator and the Designer.

 

Physical requirements 

 

This individual will be required to spend many hours seating, working from a computer each day. 

 

Direct reports 

 

The Web/Social media Coordinator reports directly to the General Manager, and is not in charge of any employees. This individual may also be required to work directly with the Logistics Administrator and the Sales/inventory Administrator.

Job Title: Sales/Inventory Administrator

Reports To: General Manager

 

Job purpose 

 

Oversee the general operations of the Ancora online store trough financial states. Makes operative decisions taking on account the stock in store, stock sold, and stock to buy. Communicates constantly among the other administrators and supervises them in therms of stock and financial rates. Is in charge of managing resources in terms of money and inventory.

 

Duties and responsibilities 

 

The following tasks are the main responsibilities and duties of the Stock/Accounting Administrator.

  • Update the Ancora's financial states

  • Update Stock information (inputs, outputs, amount of stock, etc)

  • Assure the stock quality

  • Responsible for handling cash and making deposits in store bank account

  • Responsible for receiving online orders and pass them to the logistics administrator to be delivered

  • Work closely with employees in developing store's goals

  • Responsible for motivating employees in meeting sales goals

 

Qualifications include: 

  • Degree from University 

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Managerial accountability, and also in different stock systems.

  • Adaptability to change

  • Leadership

  • Knowledge of EXCEL and handling inventory plataforms 

  • Self-motivated and capable of making decisions 

  • Comunication skills and positive atittude

Job Title: Designer 

Reports To: General Manager

 

Job purpose 

 

Sportwear design, preparation of sketches, select fabrics and give instructions to manufacturers about how to make the selected clothing designs in production. Search and develop information about trends and costumers preferences in order to design the new season with accuracy in consumers willing to pay. Will develop new clothing experiece searching for the best quality fabrics and to design original patterns that will differenciate the brand from others. This indivitual is also in charged of being effective, efficient and eco friendly with the operative process and to supervise the manufacture company hired.

 

Duties and responsibilities 

 

  • The following tasks are the main responsibilities and duties of the designer. 

  • Design new clothing themes for collections on a monthly, quarterly or semiannual basis.

  • Sellect fabrics, colors and other accesories.

  •  Provide clear, detailed instructions to manufactures on how to produce the clothing.

  • To be informed about new trends and anticipate future trends with new designs.

  • High level of creativity and capable of preparing attractive sportswear design.

 

Working conditions 

 

The designer can work from his desired location, but will be required to spend several time in the office. This individual will have to visit the manufacturing plant on a consistent basis. He/she should maintain good communication with manufactures, suppliers and the general manager.

 

Physical requirements 

 

The designer may pass a lot of time working from different locations and to stay active. Must stay healthy.
